About the artwork
The Last Message of Moses depicts Moses standing on a rugged mountain slope, staff in hand, as he addresses the children of Israel. A younger leader holding a scroll stands beside him, while the congregation gathers among the rocks below. Distant hills and open plains suggest the border of the promised land.
The scene recalls Moses’ farewell charge and the transition of leadership to Joshua. As described in Deuteronomy 31:1-8 (ESV), Moses calls the people to courage and trust in the Lord as they prepare to cross into the land without him. His outstretched hand evokes the enduring themes of remembrance, obedience, and faithfulness to God’s covenant.
A meaningful choice for a living room, church foyer, or office, this artwork invites reflection on faithful leadership and trust through change. Printed on archival canvas with mirror-wrapped edges, it arrives ready to hang.
