Greeting in the Judean Wilderness

Biblical-era women meet on a rugged desert path in the wilderness of Israel, where one woman receives another with a close embrace while a companion looks on. The barren hills, narrow footpath, head coverings, woven garments, and travel basket create the setting of an ancient journey through the Judean landscape.
