About the artwork

Going to Church portrays families and children arriving at a white-steepled church beneath leafy trees. Adults greet one another along the walk while children accompany their parents toward the open doorway, creating a warm scene of shared worship and community.

The gathering recalls the biblical call for God’s people to assemble, learn, and seek the Lord together. Deuteronomy 31:12 (ESV) points to a congregation united in hearing and growing in faith, while Joel 3:11 (ESV) reflects the summons to gather before God.

With its inviting churchyard setting and intergenerational fellowship, this artwork is a fitting accent for a living room, church foyer, or office. Printed on archival canvas with mirror-wrapped edges, it arrives ready to hang.
