Wilderness Pilgrim

A solitary robed traveler crosses a barren desert floor, wrapped in a striped outer garment with a head covering against the harsh wilderness sun. The long shadow stretching across the ground gives the composition a strong sense of pilgrimage, exile, and spiritual testing. The setting recalls the landscapes of Scripture where faith is formed away from cities and crowds: the wilderness of Israel’s wandering, the road of prophets, and the desert places where obedience is refined.
