We Will Walk in His Paths With Jesus

The inspiration for this painting began with a quiet evening walk back in the 1980s on the slopes of Mt Carmel. The path, like life, had many twists and bends. Later, I visited Jerusalem and gazed at the many buildings straddling her ancient hills... my imagination got captured by the idea of creating one landscape from both scenes. In the last days the mountain of the LORDs house will be established in the top of the mountains… and all nations will stream to it. Many peoples will say, Come, Let us go up to the mountain of the LORD… and He will teach us of His ways… We will walk in His paths (written in the path) was painted in the 1990s. Over 20 years later, I have had the fun of digitally marrying my portrait of the Lord Jesus into this subject. Painting styles change, but the truth of Scripture and the presence of the Lord are timeless.
