Waters of Creation

A strong waterfall pours over dark stone into a rocky forest pool, surrounded by ferns, moss, fallen wood, and dense living growth. The scene centers on the movement of water through creation: cleansing, sustaining, and continually flowing from a hidden height into the wilderness below. In Christian use, the waterfall naturally recalls the biblical language of God’s voice over many waters, the refreshment of the soul, and the life-giving streams that point worshipers toward the Creator. Psalm 42:7 gives fitting spiritual context: “Deep calls to deep at the roar of your waterfalls,” turning the force of falling water into a meditation on prayer, longing, and the nearness of God in creation.
