About the artwork

“Spirit of God Decends over Jesus” portrays Jesus standing in water after His baptism, His arms lifted in praise as a white dove descends from above. The luminous scene centers on a moment of worship, joy, and divine presence.

The dove recalls the Spirit of God and the significance of Jesus’ baptism, inviting reflection on faith, renewal, and the beginning of a life devoted to God’s purpose. Water, open sky, and uplifted hands give the composition a reverent, hope-filled character.

A meaningful choice for a church foyer or living room, this Lars Justinen canvas print offers a visual reminder of baptism and spiritual renewal. Printed on archival canvas with mirror-wrapped edges, it arrives ready to hang.
