Seeds Carried by the Wind

Product

Description
A single dandelion seed head releases its delicate seeds into the surrounding darkness, each tuft lifted away by an unseen current. The composition draws the eye to the fragile crown still standing on its slender stem while scattered seeds drift outward, suggesting scattering, witness, spiritual growth, and surrender to God’s leading. For Christian ministry use, the visible movement of seeds in the wind naturally supports themes of the Word being sown, evangelism, discipleship, and the mysterious work of the Holy Spirit. In Scripture, seed imagery often speaks of the message of the kingdom taking root in receptive hearts, while wind imagery points to God’s unseen but active movement. This artwork serves well for sermon graphics, devotionals, outreach materials, prayer reflections, and teaching on spiritual fruitfulness.

Scriptures
1 Corinthians 3:6-7   John 3:8   Mark 4:26-29   Matthew 13:18-23   Matthew 13:3-9

1 Corinthians 3

6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. 7 So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.

John 3

8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Mark 4

26 And he said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground. 27 He sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows; he knows not how. 28 The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. 29 But when the grain is ripe, at once he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

Matthew 13

18 “Hear then the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is what was sown along the path. 20 As for what was sown on rocky ground, this is the one who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy, 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures for a while, and when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately he falls away. 22 As for what was sown among thorns, this is the one who hears the word, but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and it proves unfruitful. 23 As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”

Matthew 13

3 And he told them many things in parables, saying: “A sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where they did not have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, since they had no depth of soil, 6 but when the sun rose they were scorched. And since they had no root, they withered away. 7 Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them. 8 Other seeds fell on good soil and produced grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 9 He who has ears, let him hear.”
