Persecution of the First Christians and They Spread Out Eve

Word spread that the Sanhedrin was planning to stamp out the new sect. There was great persecution against the church in Jerusalem and people scattered throughout the areas of Judea and Samaria. Some went north toward Syria and some went south toward Egypt...whole families. Some traveled by sea to Italy, Spain and even England.
