Deuteronomy 411 And you came near and stood at the foot of the mountain, while the mountain burned with fire to the heart of heaven, wrapped in darkness, cloud, and gloom. Deuteronomy 412 Then the LORD spoke to you out of the midst of the fire. You heard the sound of words, but saw no form; there was only a voice. Deuteronomy 413 And he declared to you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, that is, the Ten Commandments, and he wrote them on two tablets of stone. Deuteronomy 414 And the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and rules, that you might do them in the land that you are going over to possess. Deuteronomy 911 And at the end of forty days and forty nights the LORD gave me the two tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant. Deuteronomy 915 So I turned and came down from the mountain, and the mountain was burning with fire. And the two tablets of the covenant were in my two hands. Deuteronomy 99 When I went up the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant that the LORD made with you, I remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights. Exodus 2412 The LORD said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and wait there, that I may give you the tablets of stone, with the law and the commandment, which I have written for their instruction.” Exodus 2415 Then Moses went up on the mountain, and the cloud covered the mountain. Exodus 2418 Moses entered the cloud and went up on the mountain. And Moses was on the mountain forty days and forty nights. Exodus 3118 And he gave to Moses, when he had finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. Exodus 3215 Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets that were written on both sides; on the front and on the back they were written. Exodus 3216 The tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets. Exodus 3428 So he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights.
