Head of Wheat Ready for Harvest

Product

Description
A single head of wheat bends gently against a dark background, its ripe awns stretching outward like fine rays from the grain. The close view emphasizes the biblical symbol of seed, field, and harvest—ordinary agriculture carrying spiritual meaning throughout Scripture. Wheat points to provision, fruitfulness, and the labor of sowing before reaping. In the teaching of Jesus, grain becomes a sign of the Word received in good soil, the harvest of souls, and the mystery that life comes through a seed falling into the ground. This simple agricultural subject serves well for church teaching on discipleship, stewardship, evangelism, harvest ministry, and the parables of the kingdom.

Scriptures
John 12:24   Mark 4:26-29   Matthew 13:23   Matthew 13:3-9   Matthew 9:37-38

John 12

24 Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.

Mark 4

26 And he said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground. 27 He sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows; he knows not how. 28 The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. 29 But when the grain is ripe, at once he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

Matthew 13

23 As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”

Matthew 13

3 And he told them many things in parables, saying: “A sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where they did not have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, since they had no depth of soil, 6 but when the sun rose they were scorched. And since they had no root, they withered away. 7 Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them. 8 Other seeds fell on good soil and produced grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 9 He who has ears, let him hear.”

Matthew 9

37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
