The stranger who had been invited in for supper at Emmaus took bread, blessed it, broke it and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.
24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
