Desert of Sin and the Mirage of Happiness

A solitary man sits in the Desert of Sin, surrounded by skulls, scattered bones, and the remains of those who pursued the same barren path. Across the water rises a distant palace-like island crowned with the word Happiness, shining like a promised refuge yet separated from the desolation in the foreground. The contrast forms a clear Christian allegory: sin offers the appearance of fulfillment while leaving the soul in death and ruin.
