Day of Pentecost

On the Day of Pentecost, fifty days after Jesus had risen from the dead and ten days after his ascension into heaven, God\\\'s Holy Spirit came and indwelt all people of faith in the upper room in Jerusalem. All of a sudden a roaring noise filled the entire room. Then what looked like tongues of fire appeared and began distributing themselves so that they touched every person present.
